| GUARANTEE |
We guarantee the quality of our printed work. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes as a result of artwork being supplied, included but not limited to incorrect ink colours, blurry images or wording, misspelt words or any artwork that has not be correctly setup for offset printing. All printing orders that are flawed must be returned to Smarter Printing freight at clients' expense in the entirety before a refund will be considered.
Please Note that digital printing and offset printing processes will have variances in ink colour/s. |
| GRAPHIC ARTIST REFERRA |
| Please note that the Graphic Artist we refer you to are independent operators. They do not work for Smarter Printing. Should you choose to engage them to set your artwork you do so at your own responsibility and discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork is correct at time of printing. Should a conflict arise between said Graphic Artist and you the customer, then in no circumstances will Smarter Printing become involved or held responsible. |
| FREIGHT |
| Freight, most freight to the Gold Coast area is free. All other areas a quotation can be given upon request. In most cases freight will be delivered by either Australia Post or private courier. |
| PAYMENT TERMS |
Full payment of total printing order including GST and Freight must be paid before order will be processed and printed. We accept direct deposit to our bank account, Mastercard or Visa. Payments made by Mastercard or Visa will incur a 3% processing fee. All credit card payment will need to be telephoned through to Smart Printing. All prices are correct and final. We hold the right to refuse any order received S and do not have to advise a reason for refusal to process the order. Once order has been placed no cancellation will be accepted or monies refunded.
